Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Check-in is from 3:00m.
- Check-out is until 12:00 m.
We offer early check-in and late check-out at an additional cost and subject to availability. If not available, you may leave your luggage in storage at no extra charge.
Required Documents:
At check-in, all guests must present a valid photo ID.
Minimum Age:
The minimum age required for check-in is 18 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Pet Policy:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our premises.
Guarantee Policy:
To validate your reservation confirmation, we require a credit card as a guarantee or a partial payment of the total amount via bank transfer.
Modification and Cancellation Policy:
Individual Reservations:
- Modifications: Reservations may be modified without penalty up to 12 days before the arrival
- Cancellations:
Up to 8 days before the arrival date, cancellations can be made free of charge.
If the cancellation is made between 7 and 3 days before arrival, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total reservation will apply.
For cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
Group Reservations (4 rooms or more):
- Modifications: Group reservations may be modified without penalty up to 15 days before the arrival
- Cancellations:
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date will not incur any cost.
If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date, a charge of 50% of the total reservation will apply.
For cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
