Check-in and Check-out Times:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Check-in is from 3:00m.<\/li>\n
  • Check-out is until 12:00 m.
    We offer early check-in and late check-out at an additional cost and subject to availability. If not available, you may leave your luggage in storage at no extra charge.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Documents:
    <\/strong>At check-in, all guests must present a valid photo ID.<\/p>\n

    Minimum Age:<\/strong>
    The minimum age required for check-in is 18 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n

    Pet Policy:
    <\/strong>Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our premises.<\/p>\n

    Guarantee Policy:
    <\/strong>To validate your reservation confirmation, we require a credit card as a guarantee or a partial payment of the total amount via bank transfer.<\/p>\n

    Modification and Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Individual Reservations:<\/em><\/p>\n

    • Modifications: <\/strong>Reservations may be modified without penalty up to 12 days before the arrival<\/li>\n
    • Cancellations:
      <\/strong>Up to 8 days before the arrival date, cancellations can be made free of charge.
      If the cancellation is made between 7 and 3 days before arrival, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total reservation will apply.
      For cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Group Reservations (4 rooms or more):<\/em><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Modifications: <\/strong>Group reservations may be modified without penalty up to 15 days before the arrival<\/li>\n
      • Cancellations:
        <\/strong>Cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date will not incur any cost.
        If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date, a charge of 50% of the total reservation will apply.
        For cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
